MAKE AN ART JOURNAL / Sunday, August 11th from 10am-12pm (12+, teens & adults)
Learn how to create your own art journal to help process your thoughts and feelings through art and words. I will guide you through a series of techniques to help you tune into yourself, release pain and difficult emotions while learning some beautiful new mark making techniques that you can carry forward into your own art practice. I'll share my experiences with using art to process my difficult feelings and how it has helped me personally.
This class includes all supplies but feel free to bring your own sketchbook if you have one and want to add to it.
This class is open to anyone 12 years and older. There are 6 spots available.
